Precision Marketing Group (PMG), a HubSpot Diamond Agency, has an immediate, awesome, position available for a skilled HubSpot expert/digital marketing strategist with:
- the ability to juggle multiple client projects/accounts seamlessly

This is a full-time virtual/work-from-home position. Always has been, always will be (not just for 2020-21)
We are a Boston-based, women-owned agency that provides strategic consulting/training and delivers outsourced marketing services to B2B organizations from a variety of industries, with a particular strength in manufacturing, technology/SaaS, professional services, and architecture/engineering/construction (AEC).

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Serving as the designated digital marketing expert on a core set of PMG client accounts, working toward their defined goals as part of the client's account team
- Strategizing/leading the creation, implementation, and measurement of client programs (paid search and social, SEO/content, email marketing, social media, website)
- Analyzing and reporting on data that helps guide our client recommendations
- Taking a strategic, creative approach to client programs, bringing fresh ideas and insights
- Supporting account teams by leading the implementation of content and campaigns
You are the ideal candidate if the following describes your skills, experience, and education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone of US
- HubSpot expertise/experience/certifications – hands on experience a must, we require a deep knowledge of the software for this position
- 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Competent writer of landing pages, emails, and other campaign materials
- Analytical ability for setting metrics and tracking success of programs
- Broad background in marketing that includes digital/inbound marketing
- Excellent communicator
- Not afraid to use the resources you have to figure things out and make good decisions when you don’t know the answer
- Critical thinker with an ability to see opportunity areas and make business/marketing recommendations
- Marketing agency experience a plus
- Software/online savvy
