Marketing Agency Project Manager/Strategist
We are a Boston area marketing firm and HubSpot Diamond Agency providing consulting and outsourced marketing services to B2B organizations from a variety of industries, with strength in manufacturing, technology/SaaS, and professional services.

Precision Marketing Group (PMG), a HubSpot Diamond Agency, has an immediate, awesome, position available for a skilled marketing agency project manager/strategist with:

This is a full-time virtual/work-from-home position.
We are a Boston-based, women-owned agency that provides strategic consulting/training and delivers outsourced marketing services to B2B organizations from a variety of industries, with a particular strength in manufacturing, technology/SaaS, professional services, and architecture/engineering/construction (AEC).
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Serving as the lead strategist/account manager on a core set of PMG client accounts
- Setting strategic direction for client programs so that our services/programs align with their stated goals for the engagement and their budget with PMG
- Collaborating with your PMG account teams and clients to ensure successful execution and measurement of marketing programs
You are the ideal candidate if the following describes your skills, experience and education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of marketing experience – prior agency experience a must
- Reside in East Coast or Central US timezone
- Broad background in marketing that includes digital/inbound marketing
- Ability to develop winning marketing strategies and marketing programs and lead their successful implementation
- Able to delegate well and manage a high functioning account/project team
- Aptitude for juggling multiple projects and clients for busy agency
- Excellent, proactive communicator committed to keeping clients informed and up to date on your team’s work
- Not afraid to use the resources you have to figure things out and make good decisions when you don’t know the answer
- Critical thinker with an ability to see opportunity areas and make business/marketing recommendations
- Competent writer
- Software/online savvy
- Understanding of social media, blogging, email marketing, SEO/content programs, demand gen campaigns
- Analytical ability for setting metrics and tracking success of programs
- Working knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
