Susan LaPlante-Dube, Principal
Susan LaPlante-Dube is committed to helping her clients achieve exceptional business results with customized marketing solutions that make sense in the real world. Susan's strength is in listening carefully to the specific needs and challenges faced by each client, then using her marketing expertise to transform abstract thoughts and ideas into specific, organized marketing plans. Her emphasis on practical execution and measurable results sets her apart from other marketers.
Prior to founding Precision Marketing Group, Susan served as Director of Product Marketing for Marcam Solutions Inc., a $200 million multi-national corporation. In that role, she was instrumental in redefining the direction of Marcam's flagship software product, developing processes that ensured on-time delivery, and creating a huge boost in customer satisfaction and commitment.
An alumna of the University of Maine, Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She has taken post-graduate courses in Training and Development.
Susan is a former Board of Directors member for New England Women Business Owners. She is also active in the Boston chapter of the American Marketing Association, and she recently started volunteering for Wildhearts Therapeutic Equestrian Program, which, according to its website, "offers therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, equine facilitated psychotherapy, and a Horses for Heroes program, year round, to children, adults, and military veterans with physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioral and/or social challenges."
Maureen O'Grady Condon, MS, Principal

Maureen O'Grady Condon brings more than 22 years of professional experience to Precision Marketing Group. Before joining the firm, Maureen spent four years as president of Condon Communications, a copywriting firm specializing in marketing materials.
Maureen brings a unique blend of journalism, corporate communications and entrepreneurial experience to Precision Marketing Group. Her most recent work includes a mix of website copy, email newsletters, print newsletters, brochures, articles and speeches. She is also a columnist for the Metrowest Daily News, writing a monthly series called "Write on the Money." Maureen is committed to helping clients successfully sell their products and services by creating compelling copy that connects with prospects, customers, and other key audiences.
Her background includes work as a reporter for the Tab newspapers and Metrowest Daily News and as an editor for The Griffin Report of Food Marketing and Yankee Food Service, two monthly trade publications covering the New England grocery and restaurant industries. This journalism experience has proven valuable in Maureen's work. She has gained an extensive understanding of how to successfully pitch ideas to publications, how to develop relationships with editors, and the importance of concise writing and deadlines.
Maureen spent six years in corporate communications working for DAKA International in Danvers and Liberty Mutual's Research Center in Hopkinton. She wrote and edited press releases, company newsletters, Intranet sites, training manuals, sales proposals, annual reports and several other communications pieces in her corporate positions.
A graduate of Holy Cross, Maureen also earned a Master's degree in Communications Management from Simmons College. She has served on the Board of the New England Women Business Owners and is an active member of Business Networking International (BNI). In addition, Maureen was recently approved to be a mentor for an at-risk Framingham High School student through the Mazie Foundation. She was also recognized for her 10 years of service as a volunteer crisis counselor with Wayside Youth & Family Services.
