Robyn’s specialties include feature writing, SEO copywriting, copyediting and voice-overs. She delivers outstanding copy for brochures, websites, sales letters, direct mail and radio spots. She's written for Writer’s Digest, The Boston Globe and The Metrowest Daily News. Robyn also teaches Public Speaking at Stonehill College and recently completed her first novel. She's the proud winner of the 2007 Short Story Award from The Center for the Arts in Natick. Our clients love Robyn’s flair for delivering powerful copy that achieves desired business goals.
Jeanne has worked as a marketing consultant for the past nine years, after spending three years as the director of marketing for The Family Education Network and four years as a creative director/senior copywriter at Monster.com/Adion Communications. Recent consulting projects have included developing an overall marketing strategy for RentGrow, a leading provider of online resident screening services to property management companies, and assisting in the development of a new product offering for cMarket, an online fundraising company. Jeanne is a gifted strategist and practical thinker who commands great respect from clients.

Patty Kellicker is a seasoned marketing professional who brings valuable experience in a variety of markets, including healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, higher education, and health consumerism. In her roles as Director of Operations and subsequently Director of Business Development at a national occupational health company, she helped the firm experience substantial growth and business expansion (from $500k to $15M in five years). Over the course of her career, she has worked with a variety of clients to develop business-to-business marketing strategies, consumer communications, and educational and training pieces. We love Patty’s enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and her ability to execute projects efficiently and professionally.
Christine brings more than 17 years of writing and communications to her role. She has written and edited for a broad range of publications from small weekly newspapers to a high-circulation national medical magazine. She also worked in the Massachusetts state legislature and on political campaigns where she gained policy knowledge as well as communication at the local and state level. She is especially interested in working with health care topics. Christine recently earned a Master's degree in Public Health from Boston University. We love her unique ability to take abundant, complicated information and boil it down into concise and readable copy.
Denise brings to the PMG Team a diverse background in developing and managing marketing communications and promotional programs. Her extensive experience in the medical marketing and pharmaceutical industry has given Denise the ability to translate complex technical language into engaging, informative material and to quickly generate crisp, persuasive branding concepts that demand attention from both consumer and business audiences. An accomplished ghostwriter, Denise’s work has appeared in leading medical trade magazines, including Nursing Management, Respiratory Care, Anesthesiology News, and Cardiology Management.
A leading authority on helping businesses fulfill the needs and wants of their clients, Ann is the founder and principal of A Fresh Start. She offers to the PMG Team more than 20 years of experience in marketing, finance and hospitality operations. Ann uses her seasoned eye to deliver bright ideas and expert advice to clients, keeping them ahead of the game and taking the mystery out of decision-making. A clear thinker who brings a fresh, practical approach to her work, Ann takes pride in delivering marketing services that create customers for life.
Liz is a marketing professional with 15 years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, and direct sales. Most recently an independent consultant with Broderick & Company, Liz’s clients have included Booz Allen Hamilton, Gartner Consulting and Kurt Salmon Associates and her work has focused on market strategy, business development, marketing communications, lead generation campaigns, sales support and overall project management. Liz has been a guest speaker at MBA marketing courses at Boston College and Suffolk University. Liz always asks the right questions to get to the heart of the client’s message and to delve into the client’s true objectives.
Paula brings a broad range of sales, marketing and consulting work to her role with PMG. As a consultant for the past six years, she has done contract work with several Fortune 500 firms, including Adobe, Apple, and SAP as well as other industry leaders such as VeriSign and Palm. For her sales work, Paula earned a Golden Telephone Award from Seligence in 2005; an Intel 1999 Top Achiever award for exceeding quota and a 1997 Shiva Achiever’s Club Member for exceeding quota. Paula has been a committed, hardworking team player since her first project with PMG, and we are so grateful for her talent and dedication on our team.
Jackie joined PMG with 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including 10 years at Prime Computer and 10 years at Meeting Expectations Company. In her role with Meeting Expectations, she planned sales and kickoff meetings, training meetings and sales incentive meetings, a job that “required” travel to resorts in Hawaii, Bermuda, the Caribbean and Tahiti. Jackie also serves as the office manager for her husband’s building and remodeling firm. What would we do without Jackie? She keeps us all on track with her incredible organizational skills and commitment to our success.
Julie brings more than 12 years of communications experience to clients. With a specialty in high tech public relations, she has represented a range of well-established technology brands, including IBM Software and a number of start up technology companies, such as Factpoint and ART Technology Group. She approaches her clients’ businesses with strong creativity and has developed many successful messaging, communications strategies and integrated public relations programs throughout her career. Julie’s strategic thinking and creativity have been incredibly valuable on several client projects this year.
